Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Every company starts with a 30-day free trial of every feature, and no card is needed to begin.
Can you import our existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Fill in the Excel template and import it. Send us a sample if your columns are unusual and we will check the mapping.
Do staff need a login to hold assets?
No. Assets can be assigned to staff on your roster who never sign in, as well as to users with an account.
Who hosts the software?
Toystack hosts it. Each company's data is isolated, and every change is kept in the audit log.
