Ask AI is available from the right side of the workspace. Use it to find information in your asset register, explore patterns, prepare reports, or describe a change you want to make.

The panel stays available as you move between workspace pages. Your conversations are available from chat history in the panel.

Describe what you want to find, understand, or change.
Ask about assets
Ask in plain language to find records, summarize asset information, compare parts of your register, or get a report. The assistant can present answers as text, tables, or charts when they help explain the result.
For a specific record, type @ in your message and choose the asset or related record from the suggestions. This adds the selected record to your question as context.
You can also attach files to a message for the assistant to consider. For creating records in the app, see Create and import assets.
Review proposed changes
When you ask the assistant to change asset information, it shows the proposed changes for you to review. You can choose which changes to apply, give feedback, or reject the proposal.
Select Apply only after reviewing the listed changes. Some changes ask for an additional confirmation. You can also turn on Auto-apply edits for reversible changes using the control in the panel header.

Continue or revisit a conversation
Open chat history in the panel to search for an earlier conversation and continue it. A follow-up question can clarify an answer or refine a report without starting over.
